All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Due to COVID-19, some delivery delays may occasionally occur.  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 7 working days after order verification and/or credit approval. 

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
